Day 11 - chocolate

This country is outrageously expensive. I am still trying to recover from an $11 BigMac meal in McDonalds. There is one thing, though, that is cheap. Chocolate. For 2.60 CHF (less than $2.5) I can get 300 grams - 2/3 of a pound - of Nuss (or Noisettes, or Nocciole - depending on your language preference). I've been buying the cheapest store brand stuff, but it is just so good!! 300 grams last me about 3 days... and provide all the happiness I can take at the moment. Sorry, Dr. Atkins.

Now, I just have to make sure I don't get addicted. I am fairly certain I will be hard-pressed to find this exact kind of Schweizer Milchschokolate mit gebrochenen Haselnüssen in the US. And whatever else I can get that could give me just as much satisfaction is not going to be a legal substance...

Maybe chocolate raisins...

Speaking of McDonalds - they have regular sizes here. There is small and medium, not large and super-size. I ordered medium and got a big bucket of fries.
