Day 87 - Ticino
Switzerland is funny like that - you drive for an hour, and suddenly all the signs are in another language, the architecture looks different, and even cows seem to be suspiciously Italian.
Ticino is Italian part of Switzerland. Actually, I think it is Italy - they just tell people they are Swiss. There were all signs of Italy - great gelato, nobody spoke (or understood) French, and pizza tasted just like it does in Milan. Plus, one of the parts of Lugano is actually called Paradiso.
Dolce vita all the way!
Things to remember: frescoes in Lugano, International Film Festival crowd in Locarno.
