Day 86 - Liechtenstein!
Yet another fabulous road trip - this time to a country that none of you, I am sure, has ever visited! We went to Luzern first - another gorgeous city with a lake and Alps all around it, and then we drove to Liechtenstein.
- A few facts you need to know about Liechtenstein:
- It does exist.
- It is the world's biggest producer of dental products.
- There are 6 towns, over a dozen bus lines, 33,717 people, and about 80,000 registered businesses in Liechtenstein.
- None of 33,717 people lives below poverty line, and the unemployment rate is 1.3%.
I would consider moving to Liechtenstein, but I didn't like the weather! We didn't stay there long due to pouring rain. We went south.
Bellinzona greeted us with a street festival and the most horrific (according to Eli) and funny (according to me) covers of the Police songs performed by a little fat man in a lime-green shirt. He was fascinating but the show was over around 10PM so we drove to Lugano and spent the night there.

I love those cardboard cutouts! I wish they'd make one of me too. How'd you get them to make one of you, Olga?
