Day 78 - Rome

Sorry for the delay in posting. I kept thinking that I will write long detailed blog entries when I have time, but I will never have time. Not until I get back to A2...

So here is a brief account: I went to the eternal city. We left on Thursday and came back on Monday. It was hot and full of drunken Irish men. It was also beautiful. I have satisfied my need for gelato forever.

Ask questions if you want specifics.

More pictures will be posted soon. A lot more ;)

A good way to keep solicitors away from your house.

What is he guarding? The cotton candy cart?

Funny that you have to go from Switzerland to Rome to see Swiss guards. I guess the Pope's put in that order back in the middle ages and still have a deal.

OK, so you need a navigator. Is there any way to get next/back buttons or something. I keep getting lost when I have to scroll.

Oh and the ceiling is pretty too! Looks a lot like mine though.

Hooray! She does exist! Olga! Olga! Olga!

I never realized how closely Olga and Toga sound. So many poetic possibilities with Olga being in Rome, Home of the Toga!

Wait, Olga probably has never seen Animal House because it is a stupidly funny movie like Zoolander.

I like the perspective... or some camera-ey word like that. Like, how you're in focus and the background isn't. Fer sure.
